Glamorous Mini’s Spa
At Glamorous Mini’s Spa, our goal is to create unforgettable, stress-free magical celebrations filled with confidence, creativity, and sparkle. To ensure every event runs smoothly for all families, we kindly ask that hosts review the following policies before booking.
🌸 About Our Spa
Glamorous Mini’s Spa operates primarily on weekends and is thoughtfully equipped to host multiple celebrations in one day. To make planning easier for our families, we provide many essential party items so you can focus on enjoying the moment.
Our trained team will assist you during your designated setup and breakdown time.
If you plan extensive décor or vendor setup, we recommend:
Booking the first party of the day, or
Adding extra setup time, if available

Cupcake Stands
Pink serving platters
2 Drink Dispensers (one filled with juice provided by us one for parents to use)
Ice buckets/coolers for children and adults (ice not provided)
Lighter
Trash bags
Cake knife
💳 Booking & Payment Policy
Parties may be booked in person or via email/text/phone call
Dates are not reserved without a deposit
Availability is offered on a first-come, first-served basis
Deposit Details
A $500 deposit is required to secure your date
Fully refundable up to 4 weeks before the event
Non-refundable within 3 weeks of the event
Deposit is applied toward your final balance
The remaining balance is due at the conclusion of the event.
Accepted payment methods: Credit card (card must be present), cash, or Zelle
Checks are not accepted
👑 Guest Capacity
Maximum number of participating girls (with parents/guardians): 40
Maximum venue capacity: 130 guests
🎒 Personal Belongings & Lost Items
Glamorous Mini’s Spa is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or stolen items.
A lost-and-found area is maintained for items discovered after events.
We highly encourage hosts to perform a final walkthrough before departure.

🎉 Outside Vendors
Outside vendors are welcome with the following guidelines:
The host is responsible for any damage caused by vendors
Cooking is not permitted inside or outside the venue
All décor, backdrops, and vendor materials must be removed immediately after the event
Backdrop panels cannot be discarded in the building.
🍕 Food & Catering
Outside food and catering are permitted
Food orders must be finalized at least 2 weeks prior to the event
Menu availability is subject to vendor timelines
Glamorous Mini’s Spa does not prepare or serve food and is not responsible for food quality or allergens from third-party vendors.
🎂 Cakes & Sweets Table
Sweets tables are prepared before the party and may be customized by theme
If bringing your own cake:
Deliveries are accepted no earlier than 30 minutes before the event
Earlier deliveries are permitted only for the first party of the day
We are not responsible for damage caused by outside vendors
💌 Invitations
Digital invitations are provided after deposit confirmation
Host must supply child’s name, age, and RSVP details
Invitations are customized by package
Design changes are not permitted
If undecided on a package, a standard invitation design is available.
🚫 Not Permitted at Glamorous Mini’s Spa
For the safety and preservation of our space, we do not allow:
Piñatas, confetti, slime, fog machines, bubbles
Paint, permanent markers, crayons
Pets of any kind
Tape, nails, staples, or adhesives on walls, floors, tables, or counters
Red wine, chocolate fountains, or foods that may stain or damage surfaces

Outside food and beverages (excluding red wine)
Balloons and themed décor
Character appearances
Face painting
DJs and entertainment services (with limitations)
Arts & crafts
Bartenders and catering staff
LED robots, black lights, and disco lights
⏰ Arrival & Departure Timing
Entry is permitted 30 minutes before the event
Earlier entry applies only to weekday events or the first party of the day
Vendors must follow the same timing guidelines
After the event, hosts are kindly asked to exit within 30 minutes to allow preparation for the next celebration.
💅 Spa Services & Allergies
Glamorous Mini’s Spa is a make-believe spa experience
Hosts must inform us of any allergies prior to the event
Makeup & grooming safety:
Water-based nail polish must be provided by the host if requested
Disposable applicators are used once per child
If lice are detected, services will be discontinued immediately and the host notified privately.
💖 Gratuity
Parties include an automatic 18% gratuity
Hosts may increase gratuity at their discretion
🛠️ Damages & Responsibility
The host is responsible for any damage to the venue or non-returned items, including:
Robes
Tutus
Costumes
Merchandise
Please inform guests that spa items must be returned unless the host provides replacements.
🚗 Parking & Deliveries
Parking details and maps are provided with your invoice
Food and supply deliveries may use the rear entrance
Please knock no earlier than 30 minutes before the event
